Myles B. has gotten substantially better and if you look at his last few games he stood in their and made some great throws while under pressure. LSU needs to make a great Offensive hire or two but other than that we will be a very good team who is extremely tough to beat. Ed O is still the coach here so we won’t lose that toughness which is key imo.

Shoot LSU could revert back to the I-formation style game and win lots of games next year. That won’t happen but we could do it and still be 10-2 in the regular season. We are extremely talented and deep. Going to a 4-3 might be good for us. That defense, if played to our players strengths could be just as multiple or more so. With the type of players we have on this roster, Bo Pelini will have a field day coming up with blitz packages. Imo Aranda didn’t us this enough which made our defense a little more predictable than it could have been.

I believe Bo Pelini will make it look more multiple with his blitzes. We have huge run stuffing players but also have speed and size to overwhelm any OL. We happen to have the perfect secondary to make this extremely effective. I’m expecting much more TO’s and sacks or pressure on the QBs we face. He can always pull back when the time comes to pull back as well. Mix that up and our defense will thrive, making our offense even more explosive.

The size and speed we will have at WR and TE will be elite. There won’t be another team in the country better than LSU’s talent next year on offense. Myles B is more than capable to run an efficient offense, especially with a more attacking style of defense to work with on the other side. It’s going to be fun to watch. I feel bad for the cake opponents next season. We will dominate those guys and overwhelm them with our tough defense alone. Can’t wait to see this 2020 Tigers team and who the new leadership additions will be on offense. GT

I am a believer in recruiting rankings and they are fairly correct on average, but I have no faith the services can dial it down to the detail needed to tell me with any degree of certainty that any of the Top 5 or so are "on another level".

That's just assigning them a level of expertise that they have not earned or shown.

A lot of those early commits to Clemson were heavy leans already so no real suprise. The Foreman ones are just what happens at a place like Clemson when major kids visit based on their overwhelming success in landing kids. Be patient with Foreman. He's got visits to make and things will likely change. Remember Justin Flowe. He was a heavy favorite to land at Clemson since last spring and then, he wasn't.

Do think the national scale on which they are recruiting is going to seriously challenge their visit rule. These kids from across the country are gonna challenge it eventually because they hold the cards. It's why guys like Foreman and Flowe don't commit off the cuff. They play the long game.

Playing weak ACC schools every year for 3-4 years of your career will not get you ready for the NFL, all it does is boost your draft grade since you're dominating, but you're playing against much worse opponents than LSU does weekly. Clemson players are never battle tested, and that showed in the National Championship vs LSU. I wish the SEC would take in Clemson in the East, and swap SC to the ACC just so Dabo can be taught a little lesson about playing tough teams.

LB Antoine Sampah- Sampah had a game high nine tackles and was all over the field. It wasn’t even the numbers, it was the way he flashed to the football. He caused a late fumble that led to the game winning touchdown and looked like the most athletic player on the field. The LSU signee will need some time in the weight room to add some good weight and strength but he showed he can definitely play at a high level.
