Joe anticipates receivers breaking open which more than makes up for lack of a howitzer.

Looks like I might have to become a Bengal fan in the near future. Good thing he's a tough ol boy.
Hey my team played you guys in Baton Rouge. Was Auburn not your toughest opponent?
23-20?
No excuses we just couldn't beat you.
Hell they prolly get in with two loses and a Utah win.
That was a true freshman QB (Nix) at a neutral site and the season opener. He ran for the winning score. Offensive line played horribly bad...all season long.
Yeah you guys need to let up a little on my team and Bamer should branch out a little with a bit of Georgia and/or Florida.

Yeah they both horrible to the ears but Rocky Top can't be toppled. Definitely the worst.

This seems like your best bet.
Hell I might even have to pull for Alabama...

...okay I might if I could just separate that recruiting caball with the relocation program, car dealerships and charity designation. Yeah I made that last thing up because legally they can't go corporate.

I respect the guy but don't care for the whole boat rowing cult. Just hope my team shows up this time intent to keep the positive momentum going. Might not be official just yet.

Georgia is just "good" in the middle, they keep their gaps as coached. Where they shine better than others is speed and recovery. Also sure tacklers.

The Big 12 is all about what LSU now does better than they do.
Plus you are grittier on both sides of the ball up front.

Might have to outscore them before wearing them down but you drew the best semi to prepare you for either OSU or Clemson.

Probably should pull for OSU being as they aren't as battle tested in these games for the nut as Clemson. Either way enjoy the next one and congrats on winning the conference championship.
If Briles follows Kiffin that wouldn't be necessary. My guess is that they desperately want to (1) stay off the bottom in the west and (2) get to bowl games which shows improvement and (1) eventually crawl out of their Rebelsharkblackbear funk.
It's inescapable!
Screw Guam, Iceland and Texas.
There's only one venue to enjoy the days festivities and beyond.
Relax, you people have got this.
Freeze could "recruit" with a little extra incentive applied.
Orgeron was also once a stellar recruiter at Ole Piss. They might not ever rise to their inflated level of success in Oxford but it IS the SEC and a challenge in itself unlike at LSU being the state school.
That said they are passionate and can lure up and coming coaches just like athletes.

A Dodge partnership could significantly benefit the program even though we a talking about a school of higher learning.
Right now they are in panic mode as some verbals are wavering.
Money talks.
Logic...not so much.
Haven't time to research it but suffice to say that a train car of cash has no bearing on friendship in the coaching ranks whether it's the SEC east or west. Ed knows that and so does the state. Pony up boys. Protect those assets or lose 'em.
Voodoo not harsh enough.
I curse everything about FUGA.

Yeah my team had him too. Not as good a playcaller as suitcase Bobby plus he actually talks more than his former Diddy-in-law...uh more now than ever.
Exactly. Clyde started ripping off runs and carrying tacklers with him and moved the chains. The two key scrambles by Burrow were big difference makers too.
Inept high school passing game concepts are Auburn's defensive handicap as much as anything.

I think Swift got banged-up a good bit against Tech. Hell Malzahn put Whitlow in against your D after surgery. But now isn't the time to hold anything back.

I'm pulling for LSU regardless.
Been impressed by Orgeron's hires and flexibility, plus he comes off as just a truly likeable guy. But mainly it's Burrow, who's just fun to watch if you're any kind of football fan at all.

The difference for me that day as an Auburn fan was CEH. He had been an emerging force since mid-season and Steele's aim was to try and slow LSU's passing attack. But in the 3rd quarter CEH and some very timely play calling destroyed that effort and broke the game open.

IMO Georgia can't defend you much better. And your defense should be able to stop UGA's run game which is required for Fromm to be at his best.

Was always a fan of Bert Jones and his reckless style with the Colts. Know that he didn't have the same impact or results as Burrow has at LSU but it's pretty evident Jones sees Burrow as a tactically sound, more refined version of himself.

Bert raves about the Joe's ability to read defenses, his accuracy on tight throws as well as his knack for anticipating receivers breaking open.
Best I've seen in over 50 years.

38-13. Blankenship might come thru twice and they probably find the endzone in the third quarter.
