To be honest...I can't remember ever being emotionally attached to an athlete until...

...Joe Burrow arrived on the scene. This kid has won me over ten-fold these last two years by his mannerisms and gritty play on the field. He is willing to do anything to drag HIS team across the finish line to victory...even sacrificing himself in the process! That, my friends, is the sign of a true leader.

Wherever Joe ends up at the next level..That will be my team!
Best of luck Joe and thanks bringing your talents to Baton Rouge when we were desperately needing a savior! You have brought us back from mediocrity to prominence once again.

I would trade Kamara and Davenport for the rights to get him on the Saints to take over from Brees.

Only player I ever felt like that was Kevin Faulk.

Tyrann mathieu was my favorite I admired his physical play despite being undersized. He will always be one of my favorite tigers.

Honey Badger was a great talent but the off the field stuff took away from that. Joey Football is as talented as TM without the baggage.

I hope he’s a great pro except when he plays the Saints.

He did. But he's made up for it 10 fold imo. He learned and became a better man.

We haven't seen a guy like Joe Burrow in my lifetime. He's tGOAT.

Even with his issues I've always loved him as an underdog who just happened to be the most instinctual football player I have ever witnessed.

I remember when he got layed out by the UCF dude after that interception and then he played next series just fine. It was then that I 1st thought holy lamb of God he is different. He has been the toughest mother f'er on the field all season. A quarterback!

Barry Sanders.

I carried around a card of him in my wallet at all times well into my early 20's.

No shame in that. tGOAT.

Barry is my absolute fav player outside of loyalty for Saints HOF Drew and Rickey.

There has never been as disruptive defensive player in the history of college football as Mathieu. You're talking about a kid who played nickel/corner (and of course, his returns) and was as valuable or more than any offensive player you had - on the scoreboard. That's mind boggling when you think about it.

NFL team who takes him is my new second favorite. He’s my favorite tiger ever and it’s not close.
