Lafayette and the surrounding area is definitely growing. Even noticed quite of bit of Texas tags when visited recently. What’s the draw? Stable economy with high paying medical/oilfield/tech/other jobs, cost of living etc.?...
You’re right. Houston didn’t make it thru the 2020 crash. Seemed to have bounced back from that one, with most energy companies making record profits now. ...

Airlines are way up - planes are parked. RCL up a thousand % this week - all boats are docked. Retail up 15-20% today - stores are locked up tighter than a frogs arse(that’s watertight people). Don’t get it but feels like I missed out.......
