Looking for a stand behind mower strictly for my yard. Front and back yard is about .6 acre. I don’t have enough length in the storage shed for a sit down zero turn, so am limited to the stand behind. Unfortunately, they’re substantially more expensive.
I’ve looked at Ferris, Toro, Ex Mark (most expensive)
Wright (middle of the road)
Bad Boy (least expensive)
There are some used ones out there, but I haven’t looked at any.
Any insight on the best quality/value would be appreciated. Also which equipment store may have the best pricing.

I have 2 different neighbors that hire a lawn care business to mow their lawns weekly. They have beautiful St Augustine lawns without any scalps or tire marks and the lawn care service used stand behind Ferris mowers.

Hustler Surfer Pro is a great unit and under $6K. ($5499) About 1/2 of these we sell are to homeowners now. Kinda crazy, I didn’t see this being a thing homeowners wanted but it’s a ton better than walking behind a self-propelled I guess.

I have a similar size yard. I just bought a ferris fw15 but it's a walk behind. I love it. It's very well built and has a commercial Honda engine. Used to have a scag liberty z 36" but it left a lot of trimming. The ferris gets into tighter areas.
