This must be why all of my neighbors are flexing when they drive past my front yard dandelion and clover patch

There may be no monetary income from a stay at home parent, but daycare is expensive and the viruses your kid will routinely come home with will have the whole family scrambling for the commode can keep you out of work for days. Congrats on avoiding both
Wrought Iron gate dragging
Posted by TigerAlum12 on 7/23/23 at 1:39 pm
I have a wrought iron swing gate across my driveway that is dragging while opening. The post has a slight lean to it and the hinges are welded and cannot be adjusted. Is there a solution to fix the slightly leaning post without removing from the ground and resetting?

re: Looking for gate operator suggestions

It was giving me issues until i changed the battery connection. The wires it came with were loop connectors. I swapped those out with disconnect terminals that slide onto the small battery post tabs and my issues went away. The other problem i had was the control panels arent big enough to fit the battery inside so I bought a small switch box to mount the battery in.

I have the same MM360 gate opener. The gate operates only off of the battery. The solar panel or wall transformer accessory only charges the battery. I found their customer service technicians to be very helpful. If you call in with a voltmeter in your hand, they will walk you through your issues.
Cypress Knees

I have cypress knees/roots where I would like to pour a slab for a patio expansion. Can I remove them without killing the tree? They are about 30 feet from the tree itself. How would I go about removing them?
re: How to manage fussy Baby?

Put breastmilk in a bottle and let it separate in the fridge. If theres no fat at the top your baby might be hungry. That may mean you have to supplement with formula.
