quote: Don't buy houses you can't afford and that are over priced, and this current income to cost ratio wouldn't exist. Seems like you're missing the point of this thread. The average hope price is 400+k Median income *now* isn't able to support buying at the average house price ...
Seems like everyone was pretty happy in the late 90s...
So when JD5 goes pro along with Boutte etc. and you got a redshirt freshman starting at qb and a bunch of other young guys you’re gonna have a better shot at a natty. I don’t see it. Maybe if Daniel’s stays but if not you’ll have a sophomore slump.
Oh man.. 2023 LSU is really going...
has any business thinking about the playoffs. That’s not even taking the fsu loss into account. You’ll be watching from home like the rest of us
Just sit back down and keep coloring, the grown ups are talking now....
Been watching most games with the same group of +\-15 people (family and friends) for the past decade. Every one of them knows there is zero small talk during games and all are pretty locked in. Couldn’t imagine watching games with anyone else....
Anyone else not able to stream live on the mtv app anymore? The past 2 weeks it keeps rolling through ridiculousness while the challenge is supposed to be airing....
Tenn will boat race GA. +8.5 is free money....
As someone who easily quit it cold turkey, I really don’t understand comments like this.
You don’t understand someone’s personal life experience? Shocking. Any other insightful advice?...
I’ll say this, I’m currently prescribed/taking daily and I wish I never started. In the beginning it was great, I was able to take half my prescribed dosage and get all the desired effects like focus/get work done while still maintaining a good diet, sleep pattern, and mood. Now I’m taking full dosa...
Bama and a&m are the ones I root against in any situation. I'd pull for the taliban if they played in college station....
Yes, you’re right. They should review to learn they need the best qb in cf history, 2 first round wide outs, and a first round rb… Along with an incredible, veteran o-line....
Who thinks “Neck” is cool? What are you, 12?
Everyone, please, boo this man....
I cannot, for the life of me, figure out why grown men won't admit how weird this is, much less participate....

Oak Lake in Clinton, LA is poster child for this write up. These are actual conversations I've had with the owner: Me: "Do you have any tee times available around 9?" Owner: "Son, we don't have tee times and pack your own ice chest if you want beer." Me: "It's a little backed up on the fir...
Wasn't there a theory that an owl attacked her while she was walking inside? She was drunk and on a bunch of blood thinners which made her bleed out quickly. Believe they actually found small owl feathers on her at the scene. He probably did it though....
They are if they want it to last more than 20 or 30 years. Not to mention even cash is getting eaten away by inflation and bond funds are losing value. I retire next month sitting at 95% equities but preparing for 40+ year retirement.
Those downvoting have no clue how right you are...
I don’t know man, I could eat fast food and have a 6 pack back in the day, today I’m in the gym every day and if I ate like that I would have a 35 bmi lol
I hear ya, I'm not downplaying the role genetics probably has in it. Pops just turned 60 and up until his back surgery 4 years ...
if you are only running 1-2 miles 3 times a week and lost 15lbs, you had to have changed your diet a little bit.
Not at all. Why would I make that up?...
