Yes and we know Whis trains Goku. I'm saying that Belmod most likely trains/trained Jiren cause the angel had no idea about Jirens power
One of the Kai's from the 4 exempt universes said Jiren couldn't attain his power via normal training but the Angel of universe 11 had no idea about Jiren or his power. I wonder if Belmod trains Jiren personally. That would make sense as to how they would have fought and Jiren would have defeated him.
