Ok...so add Chris Collins and Becky Hammon... Are you still standing by K as coach and now throwing these out as assistants?

Lol, gotcha. Hadn’t seen anyone throw out a guess regarding his “cryptic” post.

Trying to sift through this is a complete mess, but my guess is he’s indicating Jeff Capel.
Geez, thank you for pointing that out. It’s been a long day.

Kenechi Udeze, from Los Angeles and played DE at USC under Orgeron. He was one of our defensive analysts before taking the LB coach job at Vandy. No clue if Foreman would be committed now if Udeze were still here, but it’s very easy to see how he would have been a big plus for us in Foreman’s recruitment.

Lynxcat, just curious if you went to Rhodes College?

Gunner Kiel. Miles made the comment after he decommitted.
Not sure how there are plays that he is unblocked, but on the rest, he just literally fights through or gets by blocks and punishes whoever has the ball. Hadn’t really thought he was a strong possibility until this week, but man, I really hope we get him!

Damn, this is sad to hear. Enjoyed his posts. Wishing the best for his family. RIP.

I work for a Berkshire company. There were 3 people still left that were all eliminated when Oregon beat Wisconsin this afternoon. They will split $100,000. We have a website and someone posts updates and comments after each game on the number of entries still remaining. It’s really fun to keep up with, and the person doing the commentary is pretty funny.

Wasn’t able to watch - thank you for the summary!
I hope that chuckle is in reference to Starks chances to Arkansas. I’m also a claims adjuster by the way. Cheers!

That’s a good point. Do you think there’s any legitimate chance he actually flips though? Also, greetings from a fellow San Diego resident!
We only have 2 possible offers to Rondo, which depend on if we re-sign Boogie or not and what exception we have to offer. If we re-sign Boogie, we can only offer the tax payer mid level exception of $5.3 million. If we don’t re-sign Boogie, we can offer the regular mid level exception of $8.6 million.

Could we take 2 out of Kimbrough and Porter and Flott? We don’t have anyone at Safety this class. If Hampton or someone else ends up at Safety, that would give us 5 CB and 1 Safety. 6 DB total should be doable.
re: What is the max you will offer Boogie to keep him?

Yea, I’m sure Dallas could trade away salary to make it work, but it’s not like they just have the cash sitting there.
As another poster has stated, Dallas signed Wesley Matthews a couple years ago coming off an Achilles tear. He hasn’t been worth the money, and that has to factor into their decision.
Elton Brand is the only comp for a big coming off this injury. It took him a while to recover, and he wasn’t the same player. Add in all the guards (Kobe, Billups, etc), and the risk of throwing more than 3 years at anywhere near max scares the heck out of me.
If we go more than 3 and he’s not the same guy, then we are not going to have any flexibility to make moves in advance of AD’s free agency and be saddled with a crap contract if he leaves. The whole focus of the franchise needs to be positioning themselves to resign AD, and that means winning games.

Per ESPN article: How this draft sets up future trades and free agency

“Now, depending on whether Dallas retains the rights to free agents Seth Curry, Yogi Ferrell and Salah Mejri, the team has somewhere from $16 million to $24 million to go shopping for a center”
Not sure if there are any teams that will have max cap space, a need at center, and want to take a risk on Boogie given his personality and Achilles tear. Lakers are the only team that comes to mind. Any others?

Yea, he went a minute after I hit submit. I should have known better than to post and jinx it.

I’m hoping for Bates-Diop at this point.
Yes, it’s a pretty big deal for younger people, and in this situation could be a subtle indicator he’s leaning towards us. The thought process being why follow/friend LSU players if you’re not coming.
