Given Alabama didn't win its division and lost to LSU at home, will they be considered NC if they beat LSU? Which is better a 13-1 LSU team with far better resume or a 12-1 Alabama?

Its the BCS Championship Game. Who ever wins is the champion. Every team signs onto that system at the beginning of each season.

They'll be considered NC. The rest won't matter, just like Nov 5 didn't matter (in regards to Bama getting into the game). Only the final score of the game will. Sucks, but that's the facts.
