Regarding Coach O and purported antics at Port Fourchon: The operative word here is "apparently" he aggressively.....blah, blah, blah..could be bullshite ---maybe not..... now this story is off and running and no one can verify and never will.....The Rant is a gossip rag.

Herbstreit is exactly correct. It certainly doesn't help LSU. Beckham is a show off and should be banned from any LSU activities in the future

This clown should be banned from any and all LSU activities and banned from setting foot on the campus. He has managed to tarnish an otherwise stellar achievement by this team. Christ , he is dangerous and Orgeron and Woodward have got to realize that.
The guy is dangerous to LSU. He should be banned from the campus and all LSU activities. Just watch...NCAA is taking an interest.

I don’t support him. He was an obscure, unemployed middle aged assistant coach when Les Miles gave him an assistant post 2 years ago. Apparently the only thing going for him is he’s from Louisiana as if that is some stellar qualification. The slide to mediocrity has begun. Just watch.
Joe & Ed are in it together, go cheap. They can’t spend the money. This started when Miles was fired and they decided to go cheap. The football program except for Aranda is run by 2 aging perennial assistants who have never put together much less run a talented program.
Praise for excellence and criticism for poor performance. Pretty simple stuff.

What the bloody hell! LSU beats Florida by 1 point and we celebrate?? It’s over. The slide to mediocrity continues.
No way he resigns. All he needs to do is challenge members of the team and coaching staff to a fistfight. Shirts off. Coach O will kick some arse!

Louisville demolishes Florida State after FS crushed Ole Miss. Petrino is an excellent coach. He is what LSU needs. Sure he's a little morally challenged but wth he was carousing with a blond bombshell volleyball player with 6 ' legs. I give him a mulligan on mid life crises. The guy can coach and he can get LSU situated for 10 years of dominance hire him now!

It seems obvious that when this story broke a replacement (Fisher) had been contacted and indications were he would be available. The replacement backed out or became unavailable thus plan B was to stick with Miles. He has been given one more year then retirement.

You are correct Sir......Ak, Tn, Ole Ms all were able to rough up Bama. LSU was totally humiliated... So 5 years nowhere in the hunt for a championship nothing. Blah, blah about winning record ......if you don't compete for championships it is meaningless. I.e. NCAA basketball tournament

Actually I liked the announcer. He's right. LSU is one dimensional and is in for some tough sledding in the rest of the schedule if it can't develop an effective passing attack.
This is all meaningless..contending for championships (SEC) National..that's what counts nowadays. It's becoming more like NCAA basketball.... Regular season and minuscule bowl games aren't the determinate. Are you competing or in the mix for a championship year end and year out.
