Have you dog’s blood sugar checked, mine started doing that after 10 years and I noticed her water bowl being almost empty every morning as well.

Executive Order 13848 is still in effect.
McConnell AFB, located near Wichita, Kansas has decided to fly out aircraft to prevent storm damage.
Perhaps a Gulf of Tonkin card will be played to initiate hostilities?
SMH, many let it happen "knowingly and willingly" :banghead:
As the saying goes, you can indict a ham sandwich if you want, and I do think the DOJ will indict Trump. I also believe he will not be convicted, the discovery and evidence should be interesting.
It very well could boomerang on them and set a precedent for reviewing conduct of prior Presidents (44 in particular) and their handling of classified material.

I found it interesting he mentioned the 5th & 2nd article of the constitution and then told her you will be faced with dealing with purposivism.
The purposive approach (sometimes referred to as purposivism,[1] purposive construction,[2] purposive interpretation,[3] or the modern principle in construction)[4] is an approach to statutory and constitutional interpretation under which common law courts interpret an enactment (a statute, part of a statute, or a clause of a constitution) within the context of the law's purpose.

Interesting case in the Supreme Court #21-1338. Could Q be software used by domestic IC but furnished & licensed by a foreign entity?

See link regarding California Bill 1137 above, it appears they are happy about high gas prices as they make drilling operations more difficult. They continue to kick the citizens of California in the groin!

re: BioClandestine: Pelosi Being Used As Bait?

What if Pelosi decides to travel from Singapore to Kedena Air Force Base on Okinawa first. This would present a similar flight path being it is not far from Taiwan. China takes military action on the flight thinking she is going to Taiwan. The DS can say she was going to visit the US air force base and this was an unprovoked shoot down of a high ranking official? With what we are learning people in power will do to hold it..

Every bit of this right here.
If an agency wants something regulated/ mandated, then they ask congress to draft legislation.
That way the peoples reps decide.
This is why we must fix the broken election system currently in place. Without honest elections and term limits the same corrupt congressional delegations will remain in place. Only now with this ruling, they actually will have to work and not pretend anymore.
Swamp Venue = Swamp result, if he gets charged let's hope it will be in location with honest citizens and judges.

I noticed as well, it was a recognizable symbol not unique to LSU.
Makes one question Richard’s motive, he was in the military and a lifelong resident of the area. He should know the flag protocol on a military installation.
