ESPN's Chris Low recently interviewed new Tennessee head coach Jeremy Pruitt for the networks “Road to the Championship” series and asked him about the Vols crazy coaching search last season and if he cares that he wasn't the first (or 2nd, 3rd, 4th...) choice for the job.

Pruitt shrugged off the question...
quote:

"If looked at my background I was probably not a lot of peoples first choice over the years..."

"To me, I was Philip Fulmer’s first choice, and that’s what matters to me."

He hired Jeremy so he could have a puppet. Make no mistake, fulmer is the Don of the vol mafia. He's setting this up to name himself coach again in a couple years.

And you'll also be the first person he backstabs. Ask Johnny.
