exactly - I manage my own money. But if you do want others to handle it, use a silk-stocking US firm. And maybe split your money among a few different firms, for safety. Putting everything in one bucket is stupid.

He was only worth ~10 million? With his endorsements I would have thought he was easily north of 25 million.

yea, he was on top of the world for many years. Should've been making 8 figures for quite a few years. Taxes take half, but he should've been worth $25-50 million.
