Looks like was pointing down at the line as of pointing out the players foot was on the line, and the player ran into his arm, getting tangled up.

He clearly kept his arm in the way, and even bent it to hold Wallace up. I mean, it was nothing major, but certainly not something a fan should do.

Yeah in slow motion it looks that way but if you watch it real time, it just looks like the idiot was pointing at the ground and his arm did what it would naturally do if someone dipped their shoulder under the inside of your outstretched upper arm and started running.
