Wife and I will have a stop in Paris on our way down to San Sebastián - any spots to catch the game?

Try The Great Canadian Pub in the Latin Quarter. Can't speak, specifically, to the LSU game but I've been a couple times for Wisconsin games / they were playing other games. Can get crowded, so don't be surprised if they aren't so accommodating to switching TVs around.

Another idea is to reach out to LSU's alumni chapter in France, if there is one. I've done that for Wisconsin before and found a pretty decently sized watch party.

The only sports bar I know of is the one next to La Jacobin at the corner where Rue de Buci turns in to Rue St. Andre des Arts.

If you're not wedded to a bar, it's pretty easy to watch on your tablet. Staff have left the lounge open for me so I don't have to watch in my room and disturb others at 0100 with "WTF" pronouncements mid game. Thinking about it, lounging on the Seine with the weird art people, and you reacting like the French national team was playing will probably lead to some interesting conversations.

We stumbled on a fun block full of rugby bars. A lot of the players were there and it was a cool experience. You might be able to get one of them to show it. Problem is I'm not certain where I was. I have Rue Princesse saved on my phone and that looks like it may have been the street but I'm not 100% certain
