Yeah I've never felt like anyone was rude in all my travels honestly. Now the reactions people give you when you tell them you are from Alabama can vary, like wait you don't have a southern accent and all your teeth..... People are so ignorant.

There is something to be said for “Midwest Nice.”

Pretty much every town in the Midwest has salt of the earth people.

The northeast is a bunch of sad frickers that talk funny. frick them all.

2nd Oregon. We did a charter fishing trip out of Pacific City. We offered our catch to the cpt and others as we were traveling for 10 days. He actually invited us to his camp with his family and he cooked our catch, fed us Dungeness crabs and provided the wine and beer. Genuinely nice folks.
