I would add Craigslist for sublets ... might get a better deal than ABNB

Airbnb and VRBO are heavily restricted in NYC now. There are some private rooms with separate entrance and a kitchen out there but not many. We just booked one for this summer. And there are plenty of bedroom rentals in people Apts.

Thanks for the replies. Looks like the best bet is Hyatt Place in Fort Lee, which is just across the GW Bridge in New Jersey. Only 3 miles away.
