The Marriot in the Rogers Centre has a restaurant that overlooks the stadium. Blue Jays weren't in town when I was there, so I very much enjoyed it.

Depending on the time of the year by the city hall they have an ice skating rink by the Toronto sign. Then food wise I recommend going to Kensington market and getting a backed bacon on a bun, or you can't go wrong with getting poutine at most places. Toronto islands are also very nice to walk around during the summer and you can get some nice pictures with the Toronto skyline in the background. Sports wise maple leafs games and blue jays games are always a good time. And if it is your first time going to Toronto you have to check out the CN tour, go to the hockey hall of fame, and check out the royal Ontario museum.

Already bene mentioned by others but my wife and I defnitely hit up niagra falls for a day trip (we booked a tour bus thing) and the CN tower. We ate at the nice spinning restaurant at the top. We also caught a Jays game since they were in town. We took a litle boat cruise thing out to some island too, that was meh but whenever we visit somewhere on water we always feel obligatd to take a boat cruise thing just to see the city from that perspective.

There's one area, name escapes me at the moment, that's like higher end shopping and stuff so we did that one day and just walked aroudn. We also visited the little italy and china town areas.

One thing I LOVED abotu toronto was the public transporation. Between the trains adn buses you can go anywhere you'd ever want without getting in a car. We bought a little card that you preload and it lasted us the whole trip.

Check out Kensington Market. This is a neighborhood with a bunch of cool places to eat.

St. Lawrence Market is an actual market and while it might be a tad touristy, you should still go. It's awesome.
