I use US Park. It's easy and never full.

Used it a few weeks ago for the short term lot. Was easy and had no issues. They email you a bar code to scan entering and exiting.

It’s unreliable, and signs showing open spots are not accurate.
Every time I’ve paid and reserved in advance I’ve been lucky enough to find an open spot (usually on a row marked as full).
Many others have reported reserving and finding full garage.

Used USPark for a recent trip to/from Nola. Think we were gone for 8 days total. Total was under $100 IIRC. Airport pick up was behind the concourse--not on the side where they did our dropoff. Their bus picked us up at the car within 5 minutes and under 10 minutes at the airport. Our return was just after midnight on Thanksgiving Day--MSY's last plane of the night. Was concerned whether they'd be running the shuttle or whatever, but they were, and it went super smooth.

The reserved parking worked really well. The lot showed full when we arrived on Christmas day, showed the URL and wave us in. Easily found spot, scanned URL on way out and breezed away. Will use again.

Use US Park. Give yourself enough time to get your spot and ride the shuttle. It’s not across the airport anymore, but it’s worth not getting stuck in a traffic jam at the airport.
Highly recommend getting a reservation, so you’ll know that you have a spot. You’ll have a choice between covered and uncovered.

$20/day for long term in garage, just walk across to terminal, no shuttle. Worth it for me. Absolutely no traffic in or our this trip .
