Lambert's Cafe is a can't miss destination. Worth the extra drive.

Check out Flora Bama Yacht Club and head across street for main bar during day. Pretty good food at both places and kids can hang out on the beach. Bingo from 1-4 is fun
LuLu's is another good lunch spot just get there early

Stay at the Phoenix west. Sit in the forth row of beach chairs so you can see a sliver of the gulf. Leave the beach about 3 to get ready for dinner so you don’t have to wait 3 hours. Enjoy.

Fisher’s for dinner. White tablecloth upstairs, casual open air down. If you want to take a ride, try Jesse’s in Magnolia Springs.

Beach it all day.. get up early with them and maybe do some surf fishing before the crowds get to the beach.
in the evening, The Hangout is fun and usually live music.
hermit crabs are out so wait until dark and head to the beach with a net, light, and bucket.
