It's before 10AM local. You having to spend the night is federal government level ineptitude on someone's part.

Asked a sibling for suggestions. You seem like an outdoor kind of poster and they recommended the Whitewater center outside of Charlotte. I actually think it's West of the airport which is on the west side of the city anyway so good location

Optimist Hall is great for food and a good spot to hang to have a bite and beer and some space for kiddos

Didn’t get out of the airport till 3ish and just kinda crashed at the hotel for a bit since we had been at airports since 5am this morning.

Flying to Turks out of Shreveport. Flights delayed yesterday morning. A bunch of flights got diverted going to Dallas the night before due to weather. American was behind.
Only 2 flights to Turks from Charlotte. We were on the last one (11:15).
We didn’t get to Charlotte till 1.
Headed to the airport now for a 9:30 flight to hopefully get this vacation started.
