Need recs for a large cabin in Smokies

Something around Gatlinburg or pigeon forge would be good. Having our family get together this year around Christmas in the smokies. Would need something that would sleep at least 20 and preferably have a mountain view. I have found several on vrbo but curious if any of you guys knew of any local outfits that I could book through and save on all the vrbo fees. Thanks in advance.

It's been several years, but we had a good experience with Jackson Mountain Homes. LINK
We rented a smaller cabin, but they have all sizes, sleeping 20 to 40 even. Put in "sleeps 12+" in the search parameters, and there are several for 20+.
The ones of theirs we looked at had enough distance from others to have privacy, yet we could drive into town easily. I recall having some minor maintenance issue, and they sent a guy out promptly.

I went through RedAwning for my last trip, and the local agency was volunteer cabin rentals
