A tactic I've used: take your iPad into the hotel lounge (I'm a Marriott Bro,) and cast it to a lounge TV if they let you. I go to the lounge rather than my room to avoid disturbing other guests when shite happens like the no call in the playoffs against the Rams while I was in Leeds. They agreed to let me stock booze in an unlocked lounge fridge before the lounge officially closed.
