Does anyone know if parking at MSY has changed to reservation only? Someone just told me that. I’ve never had to make a reservation in the past.

you can make a reservation (prepaid) but you sont have to. if you dont, it's possible that the garage you want could be full

not only, at least as far as the economy lot. you can just pay when leaving. but I just went a couple weeks ago and it was easier to go ahead and do the reservation and scan in/out w a QR code. Can't speak for the short term lots closer to the new terminal.

I just did the long-term garage for a week. I made a pre-paid reservation and it was pretty seamless. We left on a Tuesday and there were not a lot of open spots.

last trip was 7/4 week. had i not pre-paid for short term i would not have gotten in the garage (it was coned off with an attendant)

So my flight home is scheduled to land at 9:20. What happens in the event of a delayed or cancelled flight and the time runs over? Are you allowed to modify and add time if necessary?

Shuttles from the economy lot are going constantly. You'll wait longer to get on the shuttle then you will for a shuttle to arrive and it takes about 15 minutes from departure to drop off.

I always just go to economy, its never been full for me. Even looking rt now, 600+ spots open.
