Depends what you like and want to see.

Scenery in North America is unmatched.

Colorado river rapids through Grand Canyon.

Hike Appalachian trail or Pacific Crest trail.

Take a train trip or an Alaska cruise or a Galapagos trip.

I concur

Alaska
Montana
Sierra Nevada
Cascades

Plenty to see and do in these regions alone.

Leaving today for Europe. Visiting Paris, Amsterdam, and London while traveling solo. I'll let you know how it goes.

I've been to Brussels, Curacao, and Munich by myself. Also San Francisco. All were great trips. Depends on what you like to do. Traveling alone is fun, but can get lonely too. The worst part is dinnertime. Whenever I go alone, I never really make any plans. I show up in a city and just start walking.
