Spending 5 days in the area in late June. Best hikes? Food? Things for the whole family.
Any ideas?

that’s a long time to spend in hot springs.
look into the state parks nearby for day trips, and there’s some nice hikes away from town in the national park
maybe go rafting or something

If Garvan Gardens is open, definitely go. Has beautiful gardens, a large model train setup, and two different hiking trails.

Eat at Deluca's or Rolando's. Make sure to make a reservation at Deluca's - not for a table, for the dough. They only make so much dough a day and once they run out, that's it.

That's about 4 1/2 days longer than I would wanna spend in hot springs. I live in Arkansas and have never understood the appeal of the city.

Maybe go rent a boat on Lake Ouchita. Beautiful lake

Depends on what's open then but...
There's a steam boat that rides on the lake, magic springs theme park, the tower has a view of he city(meh) but worth doing at least once, has a bunch of bill Clinton facts and stuff. I can't recall specific places, but I've done horseback riding and panning for gold out there. Usually those are about a 30-45 min drives. There's a few putt putt courses if that's y'all's thing.
Downtown has bath houses, gangster museums, and breweries.
Lake degray has a state park that has open/public swimming in a section of the lake. Some people do scuba nearby as well.
The main attraction to hot springs is lake Ouachita...so renting a boat, jet skis can be fun. Plenty of places also do sunset cruises or just general cruises in the daytime.
Food wise: back porch grill at the sunbay resort is good, la hacienda, and fishermans wharf (can feed ducks) were always staples to go. J&s Italian villa is ok. It lost a lot of it's charm when the restaurant over looking the lake burned down. I have no idea why no one ever rebuilt there. It's not like eating in Nola,NYC, etc but you're in hot springs aonset expectations lol.
I'm sure I can think of more things, but my wife's parents own a time share there, so I used to go with them every year for a week. I haven't been in a couple of years(which was my first time in like 5 years prior to that).

I tried booking a Airbnb there over this Memorial Day weekend and our reservation was cancelled. I was ok with it because all of the bathhouses at the NP are closed until further notice anyway. If the NP isn’t open for business as usual I don’t know how you can fill 5 days there.

Lake Catherine State Park has trails, but gets pretty trashy.

3 days is more than enough.
We hiked in southern Missouri near a river. Easy stuff.
My apologies. I had Eureka Springs in mind.
There is really good hiking west of Hot Springs. Very rocky and surprising vistas.
Search Buckeye Trail in Caney Creek Wilderness. It's about 90 minutes west.

I would go to Lake Ouachita and rent a boat for a day, prettiest lake in AR, and less traffic than Lake Hamilton.
