Sorry, I don’t have any recs on low fence places. I’ve gone to high fence places that are several thousand acres ranches with buddies.

There are a couple of fun antique/vintage stores if you’re in to that. She’ll like the boutiques. It’s got a pretty town square. Was just there before Christmas for the first time and enjoyed it.

Mary’s Tacos for fantastic breakfast tacos. We enjoy The Rails Cafe in Kerrville also. Buzzie’s BBQ is good. We have used Kerrville and FBerg as home base for day trips. I like to drive so we drove out to Garvin Store in Mountain Home. Kids like the jerky they sell and you go past some fantastic hunting ranches. Go do Enchanted Rock. It can be a fun trip.
