The zoo is pretty good, if there's something at Dickie's Arena you're interested in while there then check that out, TCU's campus, art museum, botanical garden, and lot's of cool places to eat and drink.

They have some great Museums and Amon Carter is free and full of great Remmington and Russell paintings. The Water Garden downtown is cool as is the Japanese Garden next to the zoo.

Botanical Gardens
Billy Bobs
Joe T Garcia
Texas Motor Speedway
Vintage Air Museum
Bass Hall

Go East to Dallas :)

If you make it to TCU this is worth a stop for burgers, etc.

National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame was very interesting.
