Making my pilgrimage next week for Louder Than Life for two days. Burgers, Japanese, bbq, a good bar downtown to chill at after the shows.

This is going to sound strange, but hear me out and trust me on this one:
La Bodeguita is an awesome Cuban restaurant. Great drinks and the pork is insanely good. Get the cigar dessert at the end.

Nulu right near downtown has lots of breweries and good restaurants like Bodeguita mentioned above. West Sixth is my personal favorite brewery down there and there is also a good burger joint called Grind Burger next door. Rabbit Hole distillery is also in that area and has a rooftop bar you can sometimes get into without having a tour planned.
