We are looking for any recommendations on where to stay, eat or must does in Vegas. We are looking to go for 4 days with kids ages 10 and 13. We are not going to gamble and will do a day trip to Zion.

Adventure Dome at Circus Circus. It’s a dingy old hotel but kids should have fun.

Take them to the major casinos just to experience Vegas. Caesars, Bellagio, MGM.
NYNY has a cool arcade, pizza places and a rollercoaster. Also has Hershey’s world. M&M store & World of Coke is nearby as well.
Check out a Blue Man Group show, the kids should enjoy it.
Don’t waste your time on the High Roller.

Hike in Red Rock Canyon. It's only 15 minutes from the Strip.

We've been to Vegas many times but this week we are taking our kids ages 9 and 12 for the first time.
We'll spend one day taking them to most of the strip casinos and the attractions at each.....coaster at NYNY, shark reef at Mandalay Bay, Bellagio fountains, etc.
One day we are going on the scooter city mini car tour to Red Rock Canyon.
One day we booked a fishing guide on Lake Mead for half a day and then hiking around the lake.
One day will be a pool day and taking in a show that night.
Probably will visit the pinball hall of fame at some point.
And of course, we'll eat good!

The Mac King Comedy Magic show is generally family friendly and you should be able to find discounted tickets.

I took my daughter to Vegas a few years ago, she was 11 at the time. The one thing I would have done differently was stay at a non-gaming property.
Things to do:
Meow Wolf recently opened. I haven't been yet, but I've heard really good things about the Santa Fe location.
Neon Museum I saw the Tim Burton exhibit at night, but didn't get to see the rest of the museum. I plan on going back the next time I'm out there.
Sunset ride on the High Roller. If you schedule your ride at sunset, it should be light when you get on and dark when your ride is over. The fountains at Bellagio look cool from the sky at night.
Zip lining down Fremont St. SlotZilla
If you're in the mood for more mountains, the 13 mile scenic loop at Red Rock Canyon is worth a visit.
Places to eat:
Sugar Factory is definitely ridiculously over-priced, but their drinks and shakes are noteworthy.
Cotton Candy Burrito at Creamberry. I recommend calling before you drive out there to confirm their cotton candy machine is working.
