I see that the EPIC passes are available for 2021/2022 at 20% off. I was thinking about pulling the trigger but do they have even greater discounts during the Summer?

I'm thinking the same. For 49$/per to reserve at that price it seems like a no Brainer.

Typically the first price they open with is the lowest and it will only increase from there until the season opens.

Buy early. Typically, the price only goes up.

I just went ahead and scooped mine up. Read a couple articles stating that this is the best deal they've had in 13 yrs.

It is a great deal, if I lived in CO I would have both passes. This is cheaper than 3 days of skiing at Vail, doubt it gets better than this.

Ikon is still cheaper for me but just barely.

What is the difference compared to an IKON pass?

Vail is a great mountain, fanatastic grooming and the back bowls are fun as well. I would just try to avoid weekends there. It was packed when I was there, I think I waited 20-25 minutes just to transfer from one lift to another so I could get into the back bowls. Not sure I ever really skied onto a lift.

That said for a family it has be right up there with any place in America, tons of terrian for all types of skiers/boarders and the villages are cool to check out.

I was confused on the Epic website. I thought it stated Breck, Vail, and BC were not included on the day passes. Did I read that wrong?

I was under the impression that telluride, sun valley, and Snowbasin were not included in 3days or less passes. I think that's how it read.

Same true for the IKON Pass? Have a group heading to Steamboat in ‘22, current price for a 4-day is $399. Wondering if we should scoop that up now.

In the past, it has been 10 total days between them. Probably will be similar next season

My Epic strategy this season was to buy myself a local pass and use buddy passes for my wife. The six day average for the Buddy tickets was about $100/day. I thought that was a good deal and was better than buying a local pass. $583 next year is a good price with a 5/6 day breakeven. Hopefully the cheaper price wont increase usage/skier numbers.

I’m still sticking with Ikon and will decide later on Epic.

Thanks just bough lift tickets for 2 adults, 4 kids. Saved me $400. Now I just need to figure out where I'm going skiing.

Wasn't even planning on this until I saw that Steven's Pass is included (1 hr from my house) and also Whistler. I know this is mostly for Colorado resorts, but would be interested in Sun Valley, Stevens and Whistler for next season. I'm in

Thinking either Vail or Breck. I got kids so I need them to go to ski school and I will also have parents (70 years old) which are not skiing so I need a cool town or village to go to. I've been the Vail and thought it was great of course it comes with a cost.
