A lot of things to try. Have not been this year, but usually the petite filet in Canada is pretty good.

The steamed buns in China.

Also there's usually a steamed mussels dish around Norway or Japan area if I'm not mistaken.

Let me know how this goes. My wife and I were literally talking about doing this next fall for a long weekend.

We went last year and had a blast but had the kiddos

Lots of good options this year. Pork belly at the Brazil booth and the taco at the Mexico booth were my personal favorites. Drink wise, check out the Appleseed Orchard in Canada. It's in the corner close to Le Cellier. Wine flight, cider flight, and beer flight were all great along with the Applejack Brandy.

Empanada at Caribbean was pretty good last year.

Whatever the steam bun in China has is always good.

Scampi dip at coastal eats

Everything I’ve ever had at flavor of fire is always good

Try the frothy ramen at Japan booth and let us know how that was for research purposes.

Hummus fries at Morocco are always a hit.

All I got. Good luck!

Just got back from this very trip. Much better without the kids for the food and wine. These are the ones we liked the most. The wife really loved the coffee drink in Belgium

The filet and the soup in Canada

Australia the grilled sweet and spicy bush berry shrimp

Belgium - the waffle and chilled coffee with Godiva chocolate liqueur

Chocolate Studio - liquid nitro chocolate almond truffle

Hops and Barley - New England lobster roll

Islands of the Caribbean - everything

Italy - ravioli

Mexico - everything
