Depends on the organization (you might be traveling with) and the Country. Here's what we have to do for our Viking Ocean Cruise in May. I suspect this is similar to other cruise organizations. Individuals should check the State Department site for the specific country.

To travel with Viking please ensure you have the following:
1. Valid Passport- must be valid for 6 months beyond your planned trip dates.
2. Proof of full COVID-19 immunization- certified by VeriFLY
- Viking strongly recommends a booster dose administered when eligible. Some countries along your itinerary may require a
booster dose for entry.
3. Proof of negative COVID-19 Test (laboratory-certified) Viking does accept select at-home COVID-19 tests.
- PCR test taken within 72 hours prior to boarding first international flight, (or joining Viking if traveling independently,) or
- Antigen test taken within 24 hours prior to boarding first international flight (or joining Viking if traveling independently,)
- And/or Proof of Recovery: If you have recovered from a COVID-19 infection (within 10–90 days prior to departure) ensure
you carry documentation of recovery or a positive PCR test result from the time of infection.

They have relaxed a lot of the requirements we faced last November:

Effective for voyages departing April 1, 2022 and until further notice:
1. Face masks are no longer required for guests while traveling with Viking.
o Once you have submitted your first COVID-19 test sample, you may explore the ship while wearing a mask. Upon receipt of negative test results of your embarkation test, you may remove your mask.
o While on board, face masks are optional for the duration of your voyage.
o While ashore, we recommend that you wear a face mask, and masks may be required in some countries to comply with local regulations.
o Note: Our staff and crew will continue to wear masks, as will local guides and motorcoach drivers.
2. COVID-19 booster dose is not required – but is strongly recommended for all guests when eligible.
o To travel with Viking, all guests must be "fully vaccinated" at least 14 days prior to traveling.
o As an added layer of protection, Viking recommends that, when eligible, guests receive a booster dose prior to traveling.
o Note: While Viking does not require a booster for guests, many countries do require a booster (for entry and to visit attractions, dining facilities and event venues) and the details will vary. We will continue to keep you informed of the specific requirements for your itinerary by e-mail, in MyVikingJourney.com and on our website—in the Pre-Cruise Requirements found at the resources tab of your itinerary.

Several countries say if you have a booster you are good, others have dropped everything

To fly back in to America you still need to test negative. It’s called sCiEnCe - respect it and follow it blindly.

Many do require proof though. We're headed to Spain next week. We had to fill out information in the Spanish portal and have to get a QR code within 24 hours of travel as well as taking our cards with us (just in case).

It's a simple process. Getting back into the US requires a test.

You can get a replacement card if yours isn’t holding up.

I lost my card when I moved from Virginia to Naples last year. I was able to login to the Virginia site and reprint my card.

I'll be glad to do an update when I return. My test to get back into the states at the end of May will be the first Covid test I've taken.

Yeah my main issue is the current Spain requirement that your vax schedule be current (within 270 days of arrival) not flying out til June but I won’t be current anymore. So would like to know the level of review the cards get. Worst comes to worse I’ll go get another J&J shot.

This is all so dumb.

But to walk in illegally across the southern border as a non-citizen you are fine.

Infuriates me that my government would deny me, a citizen and taxpayer, entry but welcome (and give a free phone to) a non-citizen.

Got my booster in November so I'm good on the 270 day rule.

Where did you fly from?
Did you have to present vaccination status or negative test before flight?

Agreed and I'm not getting another shot or booster so looking for travel to places not requiring either. I'll happily do a PCR test to prove it though

Did you complete your ready-to-fly through Air France app?

Yes, can’t recall whether it asks. If it does, that was my only acknowledgment of it.

Sitting in CDG right now. Took an at home test yesterday over the phone with PCP. Printed confirmation provided by doctor in prep for return. Also went ahead and downloaded the I-health app. Went through the whole self test guide. Said my test was negative and got a pass on the app (not approved or sent to PCP or CDC).

Got to check-in expecting shenanigans from Air France. Sure enough, they wouldn’t accept my confirmation from my doctor but they looked at the pass on the I-health app and said I was good to go.

So stupid. Wasted an hour and $25 copay for nothing.
