In Montego Bay go to Dunn’s River Falls.

Dunn’s River Falls will be crazy over crowded. If you have time, do Mayfield Falls. Way cooler sights to see and only a fraction of the people.

Check Trip Advisor. Look at "Top Things to Do" and click "See all" on the port's home page. Then choose " Sightseeing Tours" or "Private Tours." Do not choose anyone with less than 4 or 5 stars. Check the reviews to see if other cruise passengers have used them. Alot of private tour guides will help you build your own excursion.
You absolutely want to have an excursion planned for Jamaica. It's beautiful, but it's a rough port. A lot of hustling going on when you get off the ship. It's good to know exactly what you're going to do. Check your ship's excursions as well.
In GC, at the very least, you can grab a cab and head down to 7 mile beach. You can find private boat tours on Trip Advisor.
Hope that helps! I've done this itinerary twice and I like both ports.

The Jeep/snorkeling excursion was fun when I did it a few years ago. Anything that gets you snorkeling the reef. Hell is a waste of time.

Didn't do an excursion here because I was on the trip for a wedding, but the area around the port is indeed a shithole. Half Moon Resort was very nice.

I'm not sure how old your kids are, but I highly recommend this guided jet ski excursion to Stingray City in Grand Cayman. My wife and I did this and it was the one of the best parts of our entire trip! There were several families w/ kids included in this excursion. Everyone had a great time and the guides and equipment were top notch.

Dunn’s River Falls.
I was disappointed by it when I realized it wasnt a totally natural thing.
Grand cayman, I'd suggest a snorkeling trip or booze cruise.
