We had Cruise America change out an air conditioner in Pcola
once. Front of the line service and gave us a credit for the inconvenience.

About how much does this cost per day? Not including insurance. Just the rental. I know fuel needs to be considered.

$150-200 or so. You can do a lot less though, it depends on time of year and they run some deals. I've seen one way deals for as low as $29/ day with free mileage. Basically that pays their insurance for you to help them move inventory from one place to another.

Gas is the big killer. Out west though my wife was very worried about staying in RV parks and National Parks and she had a great time. Staying in Zion NP was amazing for example, and the NP are like $30/ day. I can't remember Zion may have been more. I think Grand Canyon was like $99 or $125/ night. But many of them are well under $50/ day. State parks too for that matter.

Yes, but from someone that has rented from 3 different locations I’m saying that’s not the case. The only thing the place that runs it is doing is checking you in and out. The hours do matter, so check that. For example the last place I rented from was a small mom and pop tool rental place that closed at 4pm on Fridays and you had to check the rv out an hour before close.

Given that, the Rv’s travel around and are owned by the national company. They are maintained nationally. I’m not bashing your question, I’m simply letting you know it doesn’t really matter where you rent from.

I have a child in Kingwood area and one in the BR area. There are no franchises near where we live.

Baldona thanks for the clarification! That is the type of info I was looking for.
