Are you dead set on All Inclusive? Cabo has a great food scene in town.

I can only speak to the one resort I've been to there which also happened to be the only all inclusive resort I've ever done. We did about a week at Grand Velas and really enjoyed it. They have about five full service restaurants on site which were all great (other than the tasting menu one, which was way too much of a try-hard). The morning breakfast spot was awesome as well as room service, too. The resort itself is beautiful and even though they allow kids, we never felt like they were a bother.
It is located up the coast from the "downtown" and so it is pretty secluded. Not much to do other than sit by the pool and relax although the resort can (and did) set up third party excursions. All of the employees were very nice and accommodating and the personal butler service goes above and beyond. The spa was very nice and they had an awesome "spa water journey" which was 7-8 hydrospas.
All-inclusive is definitely the way to go for a group trip. Eat the money on the front end so that no one gets stingy on the trip and pressures the rest of the group out of having a good time.

Paradisus is a good all-inclusive; very nice resort with a swimmable beach which is rare. We usually stay at Pedregal which isn’t all inclusive but it’s super nice and close to downtown.

100% Pedegral if all-inclusive isn't a priority.

Been here a couple times. Good place. Even with all inclusive you can still take advantage of Cabo’s food scene. We just eat breakfast and lunch on site and go out for an evening meal/shopping or whatever. They got some great food in Cabo.

How many couples? We always do a house in the Pedegral neighborhood, you can add a chef and bartender too.

Any specific recs? Is the chef something you can just add to the house reservation or something you have to find/book separately?

Yeah these places look great... wondering the same about food arrangements.... likely would have no prob getting the place fully stocked with alcohol and food... may come out cheaper in a way by having your own place and fixing your own drinks
Pretty awesome places.

We did a group trip at LeBlanc last year. It was one of the best all inclusives I have stayed at. Would recommend.
