Heading to Charlotte, NC for a few days for work in November. I'll be staying near the convention center. I won't have much time to explore too far away (work and all...), but willing to hop in an uber for a short drive.
Any food and entertainment recommendations?

Cowbell Burger is about a 10-minute walk away for a casual meal. Rooster's Kitchen is a nice dinner.
I'm not even big into Nascar at all, but the HOF is worth going to (but better to to take kids to for the simulated racing).
