Booking multiple rooms in Vegas - any tips?

I'm booking four hotel rooms in Vegas on January 19-25. Not looking for yall to find me hotel rooms, I've identified some. This is for a business trip for our sales guys and the block of rooms for the convention is already booked.
Do yall have any tips for finding cheaper rooms? We'd like to stay on the strip if possible. Any of you had luck calling the sales manager and negotiating?

Join MLife (MGM Resorts) or Caesar’s Rewards. They offer the best deals. Free to join. You can book as many rooms as you like through their apps.

That’s during SHOT show and is one of the busiest weeks of the year in Vegas. Your focus should just be on getting rooms rather than worrying about cost. The closer to the convention center you stay the more it will cost. But getting there each morning is a real pain in the arse so walking distance is desirable if you can afford it. I used to stay at the Linq but now have a friend that lets me stay at his place for free. We drive in each morning and he has a parking space near by.

Signature condos behind MGM by far best deal in the city. No resort fee alone saves you hundreds. Very nice properties connected to entire resort. VRBO best Avenue Thank me later.

They charge a resort fee. What they don’t charge (that almost everyone else does now) is for parking/valet.
