Whenever the third Tuesday of the month is aligned with the full moon, seek the tavern with no entrance or exit. Once inside, seek the man with one ear and a scar above his right eye. Utter the passcode "chinchilla" to him, and he will then provide you with a map that, if properly decoded, will lead you to the cheapest flight you seek.

Or, you know, Google Flights.
