Two adults and 4 children. Airbnb doesn’t have a lot...preferably looking for reasonable price and in the mountains not a condo in the town. Thanks

This.

Just be aware that most of the ads are by management companies. I use it all the time, but this fact pisses me off about them. I use them specifically to try to avoid management fees.

As a former realtor, I can tell you that many of the real estate companies who use VRBO violate the rules on the Tennessee Real Estate Commission.

Take a look at Jackson Mountain Homes. We had a good experience renting a cabin from them a few years ago. Had a minor maintenance issue, and they sent someone right out.

They have all sizes of cabins available.

Because you waited til November and that time of year is extremely popular for rentals. Prices skyrocket and people booked a lot of them up many months before hand. You are probably looking at either way marked up cabins or not so nice ones still left on the market now.

Go eat at Caffe REL one day in Franklin. Closed on sundays and mondays though. Don't let it being in a gas station fool you.

You might be too late, but I would try the online sites for the rental agencies, vrbo, etc.
