Barcelona, Madrid, and Lisbon (End of Aug / First week Sept)

Planning to go to Barcelona, Madrid, and Lisbon the first week of September. A bit burnt out from work / life and needing a vacation and relaxation, so plan to spend the most time in Barcelona at the beginning hanging by the pool / beach, exploring, and some partying.
Plan to do ~2ish days in Madrid, and a stop in Lisbon on the way out. Any recommendations on these three places based on experience? Currently looking at staying at Hotel 1898 in Barcelona in La Rambla district. Solo trip, so can pretty much do anything / everything I want.
Thanks in advance.

Add Porto and ditch Madrid.

Lisbon will probably be your favorite. Go to Time Out Market, Pistola y Corazon Taqueria, and just get drunk walking around Barrio Alto. Check out Cascais if you have a free half-day.
Enjoyed the Picasso Museum in Barcelona. Of course go to the Sagrada Familia, Park Guell, etc. There's a great episode of 99% Invisible podcast about the SF that is well worth a listen before going.

I just got back from Lisbon a couple of months ago, what do you like to do?

I'll probably get the partying / pool time out of my system in Barcelona and Lisbon will be on the way home.
When in Lisbon i'll be looking to just take in some of the culture, walk around the city, get a few nice pictures, grab a good lunch / dinner, and grab a few drinks / beers and just relax.

Drink (beer)
- LiBerrade Bar
- Crafty Corner
- 21 Brewpub Gallas
- The Beer Station
- Quimera Brewpub
- Duque Brewpub
- Cerveteca Brewpub
See:
- pink street is like their bourbon/red light district
- take an Uber the Belem and go see the Monastery plus the tower
- if you have a day do a day trip to Sintra, gorgeous out that way
- the city center had a ton of shops and restaurants in that little area
- Castelo de S Jorge if you like looking at old churches
- ride a tram
- walk around Alfma and stop in some local places to drink wine and just see the streets
- check out St. George's castle
- I check out the food court that someone mentioned earlier
Mostly I walked around, did not do a museum though or go see the aqueduct which I regret. I also only took pictures of the tower thing that brings you up and you can see the entire city. I didn't get in it because of the line.

Hotel 1898 has a great rooftop bar. You will enjoy your stay there. Go to the beach for daytime relaxing and scenery.

Took this exact trip last November.
Barcelona is great. Awesome place to be based out of to take side trips as well.
Madrid impressed me. Only spent two nights there. Wished we could have spent another.
Lisbon was awesome. Took side trips to Fatima and Sintra. Could have spent the night in Sintra.
Food was amazing at all three stops. We booked some last minute walking tours and it was great. We went during non peak season so we got in and out easily.
We booked all three cities in H10 hotels. All were very nice, clean, and great rates/locations. The one in Barcelona is on La Rambla. The one in Madrid is more in the neighborhood/business central but easy and the one in Lisbon had a great roof top
