Portugal is the wife and I's next international trip so this is good stuff

There are so many things to see and do just in Lisbon and the surrounding areas like Sintra, Cascais, Monserrat, and Evora. You and your wife will love it

We had a great day, although it was short, in the city of Rouen. The cathedral was just amazing!!! Much history in the city which was the location of Joan of Arc's death. Has to be placed on the revisit list.

Wow now that is alot of history for Rouen. We have been to Paris several times so maybe on our next visit we can visit Rouen. You getting close to the end of the cruise are you ready to return home?

We had driven by the area a couple of times when we were spending time in France, but had never gone to Rouen. It was a great day and made us realize we need to return one day. The cruise is winding down and while we are not ready to return home, we know that we have to begin living the normal life again.

Belfast, Northern Ireland ---- wet and cold day changed our touring plans but we still got in to see some great locations. The Belfast Titanic Museum is a must see!!!!

Was able to post today's wet trip to St. Andrews and Edinburgh, Scotland. It was a shame that it rained all day, but we still enjoyed the excursion and would love to return again one day.

I was able to post our day in Dublin, Ireland and also a couple of sea days. Our scheduled stop at The Faroe Islands was cancelled yesterday due to weather. Our June 20th day at sea was filled with activity after we woke up at 10am ??

We had lunch with Nancy and Verne Lundquist again today. A super couple. I could sit there all day listening to his stories.

We were at sea today and this evening crossed The Arctic Circle. Interesting photos as the sun will not set tonight.

You’ll be sick of the food after 10 days. Seriously.

Posted the blog for Isafjordour, Iceland below. Short morning tour to a working farm with a surprising tour guide and then a visit to a magnificent waterfall. We followed it up with a walk through the small town. A really beautiful port. I know we got lucky with the weather for the day.

Posted our day yesterday in Reykjavik, Iceland. It was our first time visiting this country and came away impressed by the beauty of the country. We had rain all day yesterday and combined with the rain and wind, it made for a miserable day. But the cold, rain and wind could not take away from the amazing things we saw during our last day in Iceland.

OP is on Oceania not Royal Caribbean. The food onboard is equivalent to upscale restaurants.

OP, I’ve been enjoying your updates and reports.

Is Verne still on the cruise?

Astounding photos and history. The marvels of the churches in Dublin and the food looks delish.

Speaking of cruises there needs to be a serious vetting on who is booking cruises. Too many undesirable misfits allowed to board causing problems at sea and in the terminals.
