Thinking about going on a small vacation 4 nights maybe and I’m not sure where. If everything is somewhat open, maybe Philly but I know they’re still in phase 1. Just needs to be in the US and not Florida. Looking for something different The youngest on this trip would be 18.
Thanks in advance

Weather will be great in Philly. My issue is the unknown what will be open up here. There's not any sense of normalcy in Philly right now. I personally would go west or mid Atlantic where they have more stuff open already to be sure.

DC is usually nice that time of year and if you’re there when the Cherry trees are blooming that’s a plus. Lot of things to do within a few hours drive if you get tired of monuments & museums.

This. Perfect time to go if things are open.

What is not open in DC? Honestly curious? Is the entire mall area shut down?
I'd still think with just a short trip there's likely a ton to do in DC that would be extremely enjoyable if you can think outside of the box. Still a lot of monuments and scenery, unless everything is literally closed off.

The last time I checked the museums were closed. I haven't checked in a while. We were thinking about possibly going in the spring too.
