I'm willing to drive an hour or so out of BR or Nola as well. Thanks!

There's usually a nice Christmas event at the Convention center in Nola around this time.

Bonfires in Lutcher

The lighting of the bonfires is on Christmas Eve, but the Bonfire Festival is this weekend. Good food, music, and cheap cold beer. They light one bonfire Saturday night I believe at the festival.

Also in BR, they have ice skating at the River Center.
