Any MSY TSA Updates?

Anybody flown out of New Orleans in the last couple of days that give an update on wait times? Is Pre-Check open? Have a flight Saturday morning and just curious what I might be looking at as far as wait times,

MSY is suggesting to get there 3 hours prior to departure time. By the looks of some recent videos, I would not stray too far from that unless you have a 5-6am flight.

I went through MSY TSA on Monday and Tuesday morning with no wait or problem but I am using TSA Clear so that does make it easier. The normal TSA lines did not look that bad, a little longer then normal but nothing that was of concern to me.

I showed up early on Monday after seeing the reports from Sunday... I breezed through TSA precheck... maybe had 8-10 people in line ahead of me..

Those crazy videos are usually just primetime shite shows. Almost always a sunday afternoon. You got a flight thursday\friday morning? you'll be just fine.

Update for those interested. Got to MSY about 8:00 am Sat. Hardly anyone at ticket counters. 5 people in line ahead of me in Pre-Check. Maybe a 15-20 people in regular security line. Breezed through in no time.

Good to know. I have 0600 flight in the morning. Have luggage to check but we also have TSA pass. Im thinking 0430?

At msy now. Line doesn't look bad. Maybe 100 people.
