Wife has a note 4, finally expiring... What should we get?

I am not paying a grand or close to it for another phone. So what other manufacturers offer something as large as the note with great capabilities>

All the flagship big phones are $900 to $1000, aren't they? You can try to get Verizon on a BOGO to cut down, but that's about it.

Ok, we were looking at the Moto z4 just because of features, Does anyone have one of these?

Moto phones are good but lagging in performance and camera quality. I had a moto pure x until 3 months ago that was great but went with a Pixel 3XL that I really like.

Based on most comments here at TD I assumed the Pixels were solid. Be nice to hear some criticisms.

The 3a was just on sale for $200. Has a better camera and better software plus unlimited uncompressed video and photo storage.
However, the 3a is not supposed to be compared the galaxy line. It's a budget line.

One more option for you is the One Plus line. The 6t is a great phone fore the money and the 7 is brand new.
