How many rooms are you talking about?
6 and maybe and a couple additional spots
So I'd need something like this?
LINK
How exactly does that fit into the stream of things?
Modem -> Router -> Switch -> ethernet out to each room?

I built an antenna and have also purchased one of those digital antenna boxes.
I can catch ABC, NBC and FOX, but can't sniff CBS.
If I get that Clearstream antenna, do you think I'll catch it? I typed in my zip and address and it's saying I am in 5/5 range to catch CBS.

I don't know anything about homemade antennas, sorry bro.
I'm wavering on the idea of fully cutting the cord when I move to the new place...I've heard so many negatives about ATT Uverse internet and how unreliable it is. I plan on making sure everything is hard wired but id be dropping down to 45mbps at the max and not sure how that's gonna handle a few tv's streaming at once or a few phones/tablets/laptops all going at once. I don't have any issue really now at 100 and worried about cutting that in half.
Anybody have some setups with uverse specifically and performance they can share? I have DTV as a backfall.
Ideally I'd have:
Tablo with antenna setup to catch locals
Apple TV and would get a roku for the Tablo app
Sling TV to catch that gambit of channels - also on Roku
Netflix, HBO NOW, and Hulu.
Then just get additional roku's for probably 2-3 more TV's.
Looks like they do have plans for Gigabit eventually...so that would just about solve any concern.

FYI pretty sure Tablo will have an Apple TV app out soon.

My setup is essentially what you are looking to do.
I have AT&T 45Mbit.
Sling TV is always under 5Mbit when I'm looking at the stream rate. In fact usually it's in the high 3's.
I use an antenna connected to an HDhomerun LINK to catch locals. The HDhomerun stream is full quality so somewhere between 10-20 Mbit depending on the station. (This doesn't play into your internet speed, just your home network speed, and is just for reference).
I have all my TV's hardwired. I use a fireTV on one, a Nexus player on one and a ROKU 3 on the third.
I go through various routers and switches to expand my network through the house.
Bottom line, this weekend I was running the LSU baseball game on Watch ESPN app, while the wife was watching slingTV in another room, and a kid was streaming something on netflix. I have no clue what the netflix and ESPN streams were running at but they throttle based on your bandwidth anyway.
ETA: Speedtest always registers my download speeds between 55-57 Mbit.

One other thing I'd say...
My internet and TV with Uverse were pretty unreliable. I'd average about 5 service interruptions a week that would last from 30 secs to about 2 min.
I had techs come out several times, and FINALLY one told me that the equipment I had had a known software issue and that I needed to get updated equipment. That was a long process, but eventually I got setup with new equipment.
Once that happened I haven't had a single internet interruption (been about 2 months now so sample size is good given how often it used to cut out). My TV service still cut out but only about 2-3 times per week and it was always less than 45 secs. As of Sunday night, after a test weekend with only streaming services, I cancelled Uverse TV and am just rolling with 45mbit Uverse internet. Saving $140/mo before taking into account increase in expenses due to Sling+sports pack+buying walking dead episodes each week.

I just cut the cord when I moved last month. Got cox 50 mbps and it is working great so far so it will be similar to your U-Verse setup Setup:
Living room - Mohu Leaf 50 Antenna, Roku
MBR - Apple TV
GBR - Nothing setup yet
Subscriptions: Netflix, HBO, Hulu, SlingTV.
My only issue is that currently I only have the antenna hooked up in my living room but want to run it to my master and guest bedrooms. My internet router is connected to the coax in the living room. There are other coax cables in my attic that go to each room that are all disconnected. What are my options and which is best to achieve Antenna channels in all three rooms? Should I split the Mohu coax in the attic to the other rooms with a splitter? Do I have to buy 3 antennas? Do I need some kind of applifier (3 tv's total)? What is HDHomerun TV and does that have anything to do with this?
TIA

I just cut the cord. I'm getting a firestick either tomorrow or the next day. Right now we are stuck on Netflix but I'm excited about the next few days.

HomerunTV is a small box that connects to your antenna via coax. It also connects to your network router via Cat5 (6). Then you download the Homerun app to your android, mac, windows or linux device to watch the channels streaming off your antenna. Doesn't work on Roku. I watch on my Firetv/ Kodi boxes and I can watch on my computers and tablets. Homerun also has a beta DVR app that can record shows off your antenna.

What version/load of KODI is everyone running? Not a fan of BEAST at the moment

The beast is terrible
I'm on 15.#, Isengard. Not 100% sure which one.
There's a 16.0 version, Jarvis.

I just used Firestarter to upgrade to 16.0. Upgraded flawlessly without any loss of data or settings.

Whats your internet speed?
If you're in front of your fire tv now, which show are you watching. Give me the show, the season, episode, and the exact detail of the link your clicking on. HD SD or MQ too.

My internet speed is whatever att internet is.
I'm watching the walking dead.
I'm on exodus now. Earlier I couldn't get it to play. It was the first time I had trouble with the setup. I watched black sails this morning with no problems. I may have been on genesis at first.
