TV turns on by itself

My LG 65 in tv intermittently turns on by itself. Sometimes in the middle of the night. Middle of day. It just turns on. I’ve tried updating the software, resetting the factory settings, confirmed no timers are set. Any ideas what causes this?

My LG does the same and my wife,(no pictures) asks why didn't I turn off the tv.

Huh, fully expected to end up owning an LG TV in the future when one of my TVs eventually shits the bed but all this talk has me doubting that now.

Some times TV’s have an auto shut off by default.
I know Roku TV’s have this function. They turn off after 4 hours by default.
You have to go into power saving and turn it off. Even some streaming apps have auto shut off after four hours of no channel changing.

My Samsung has been doing the same the last few days.
