I built my own last year. Watched a couple youtube vids and bought all the parts on Amazon. It was much easier than I thought and I got exactly what I wanted.

That's a pretty standard office pc except for the nvme. Overpriced.

I don't play games, so didn't really care that.much about a graphics card.

And I couldn't find any 7th gen i7 with ddr4 and nvme ssd cheaper.

Only ones I saw close were all refurbs.
